My favorite thing about this gym
is how everything is missing
or broken and the staff can't be bothered to assist...
example- no yoga mats in the yoga studio
or floor , let's front desk know .. she kind enough to let me know it's stored in yoga studio if not there she doesn't know what to
tell me instead of getting up and looking..... only reason i'm in studio pins missing from machines I need ... for the staff member that couldn't get up see attached photo of no mats

I've been a member of LA Fitness for a few months now and I'm thoroughly impressed! The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the variety of equipment and classes keeps my workouts interesting. Plus, the convenient hours and locations make it easy to fit a basketball workout into my busy schedule. Highly recommend!

Kyla was at the front desk and she assisted me today. I was curious about the pool and also had questions about joining this gym. The pool looked awesome.

First time here and I absolutely loved it!! Great customer service, the entire gym was very clean, spacious and great atmosphere. The women’s locker room was extremely clean, mirrors everywhere, showers, as well as an entrance to the pool through the locker room which I loved. I also love how they offer day care for the kids! Major plus for me. I have no complaints and I’m so excited to return back.

The General Manager is unhinged and is hysterical watching a grown man throw temper tantrums.

This gym is a nice place to work out. Sometimes the person at the desk will greet you with a smile. LA Fitness has now moved away from the traditional scan card. They require members to download the LA Fitness app from the app store on a mobile phone to access the gym. The gym is adequately lit and gym equipment looks fairly maintained. Some of the treadmills stop suddenly and feel like a safety hazard. There are two locker rooms but the men are fairly maintained the paper towels frequently run out and the floor is sometimes wet from the members who changed their clothes coming from the pool. Despite the shortfalls I like it. I hope LA Fitness will keep up with the maintenance of the equipment and housekeeping. And there are basketball courts available but always pack

Out of all the LA Fitnesses I’ve ever been to this one is by far the best one! The gym is well kept, the bathrooms are clean, the workout areas are clean, the pool is clean and everyone is respectful at all times. There’s a great vibe as The employees are very in tune with their members. the Director of Fitness James is always visible and is constantly bending over backwards to help the members by answering any questions or even showing them how to use certain machines as well as exercises! I haven’t seen guest relations like this in a very long time. If you’re looking to make a switch , i highly recommend this gym! Oh and there’s always a ton of parking!!
