Gareth is an excellent coach. His approach to mental wellness has given me a renewed and energized perspective on what I need to focus on to feel better, to unclutter my mind and mindset and to positively enable myself to recognize the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. I no longer have the feelings of unease, the knot in the stomach, the feelings of inadequacy and insecurity and most importantly I became equipped with tools to help me recognize when these symptoms try to creep back in.
