Jason's heart-led approach to coaching is an absolute gift to this world and I’m extremely grateful to have met him.

We first connected about 5 months ago when I was grappling with ruminating self-doubt and feeling stuck both personally and professionally. I have noticed I’m experiencing much more peace lately. I feel calmer and my relationships deepened since Jason is my coach.
I literally have gotten to know myself again, piece by piece. Together with Jason I have listened to every voice in my head.
In the process he helped me find out that each voice wants the same thing but uses different strategies (those used to be helpful but no longer work for me). He showed me new strategies, coming from a place of curiosity and joy.
