I have seen Lisa's interactions with small children and teens and I must say that Lisa has good communication skills but most importantly she genuinely cares. It takes a special person to be a life coach. A person who is both professional and well trained. A person who is extremely patient. Lisa listens to every word and she always has a sincere and helpful way of making sure you know that you matter. She has those good qualities needed to be a life coach.

I think it's important to have an accountability partner to break unhealthy habits. Lisa can offer an objective viewpoint that sometimes is missing with people already close to you. I met Lisa several years ago, and she was very helpful in helping me recognize my blind spots.
