I hated it because alot of the staff didn't want to be there the male counselors would shame women in front of the groups. My traumas were dismissed. They don't know how to deal with clients who have traumas.I came out learning nothing from them. Talked about the same thing. Best bet go to Dialectical Behavior therapy.It works. Not this low level program.
