I started with Ashley a little less than a month ago. I am a fitness coach who preaches a lot about mindset and its impact on your progress. Well, as coach, I realized I needed a coach. In the past, I have had bad organizational skills that tended to add stress and anxiety when things went unchecked and missed. I am not where I want to be yet, but Ashley has helped me prioritize my days, manage my time and be clearer and more specific about said objectives. She has a very straight forward demeanor that doesn’t make you feel backed against the wall. She asked a lot of questions to get an idea of who I am and how and where to guide me. She doesn’t interrupt or judge you on whats said. Instead, she asks questions, and that helps me clarify what I am trying to say. Ashley has great correspondence skills and keeps me grounded with daily actions and insight. I can feel and tell that she really wants to see people thrive and find their true selves.
