Ms. Alcaraz was my Geometry teacher and I have to say, she is amazing! No words can describe the passion she has to teach! Ms. Alcaraz taught us well and she never gave up on us! Thanks to her, I was able to pass my class and graduate on time. It wasn’t easy but she was always there to help everyone in my class. When we had doubts, She would make sure we would understand each lesson step by step. Thank you Ms. Alcaraz.

I took my child to their head start program. Everything seem well until my child expressed she was being hit by the teacher. I went the next day ti speak to the teacher and she expressed that no incidents occurred. When I picked her up that afternoon she had an accident and teacher claims she had fallen. But I received no accident note; what a coincidence. I proceeded to speak to a child older than my daughter and the child expressed that the main teacher hits kids on their forehead. And he has seen my daughter get hit multiple times. I contacted Adriana and asked me not to curse. How could I not if as a mother I was frustrated knowing my daughter was being hit. She said she would get back to me and provide me with the supervisors phone number. Which she never did. The next day I went and observed multiple security outside the parking lot. When I walked in I asked if the teacher was there they said no but the supervisor was there for me to speak to her. She claimed she was going to call me to have a meeting but funny thing none of them did. They had time to not have the teacher present and call for more security but they didn’t have the time to call me and set up a meeting. Not only that but when I was explaining the incidents my daughter experienced the supervisor shook her head and smiled. I asked her what was funny. She said she wasn’t laughing she was trying to picture the incident.

I highly recommend the pharmacy technician program. It was a fun, adventurous, and very informational pathway. The instructor and the school really wants you to succeed. And they give you all the essentials you need to pass. The program is approximately 5 months and 6 weeks of it is an externship to multiple locations of your choosing, hospitals, retail, etc to get hands on learning experience and that way ultimately change your view and mindset on what you thought you knew. Trust me you’ll appreciate this amazing experience. And the best part is it’s a pretty inexpensive option to get into healthcare. Don’t believe me, call them and get the flyer or better yet, do the orientation and they will specifically tell you in detail how much you’ll spend. For those of you who have tried other locations/trade schools/private schools for a pharmacy technician program without an externship you’ll be shocked at how much this program was.

Honestly a great school. The teachers are great. The staff though in front entrance in both schools are not. They are really rude. But don't let them unmotivate you! The teachers themselves are good
