I have an emergency situation and filled out an application last year. They haven't helped me at all. It is incredible that these offices do not help with emergency cases. This is quite stressful.

Horrid place, I have never seen such rude, obnoxious, and childish individuals in my 51 years of life until I moved into "Love Towers". I can tell you one thing for sure, there is no love amongst the people who reside here. I've even had not only one, but quite a few packages stolen from right outside my apartment door, these people are downright evil incarnate, they have absolutely no respect at all for human life, always either slamming doors or talking so loud that I can hear every word they say from my third floor window while they're outside, and it's the same thing when my so-called neighbors are in the hallway nearly screaming every word they say. I swear, I have never seen such utter disrespect for life as I have in my almost one year of residing here, this place is just awful.

It's ridiculous that you call and try to get a hold of different people and you get voicemail and you never get a call back. I've been calling leaving messages for two weeks now! What's up wit the people that has government jobs! I think I'll tell Washington d.c. about this and hopefully they will invest it ! There's a lot of favoritistiim going on! I'm just telling the truth the way it is!

This seems like from what I have gathered and read online like a very hood opportunity for folks in need of such a good program. I certainly hope this works for anyone willing to work the program. Excitement awaits those whom are in need and recieving the chance they so desperately need. Thankful for programs like these for people like us.

My experience with staff has been front desk associate not friendly @ all. When calling hard to get ahold of someone and takes days sometimes a week to receive a returned phone call. I do realize the staff deal with people all day long, but this is the job they signed up for. And for those who go to sign up for housing be courteous to those choosing to help you.❤️

I want to the office a few days ago, and I ask the lady at the front desk does her phone work because every time I call NOBODY answered the phone so I have to Waste my time going all the way on the east side and I live out west just to ask a small question because nobody don't answer the phone ( smh‍♀️)

Just about everyone who works in this building gives more assistance and guidance to those that they know personally. Those they do not know they keep it brief and information is usually what I like to call “run around” information. Been this way for the last 8 years.

I worked with Hannah, the only problem I have had is knowing how to get someone to open the wiring closet for a cable installation. Otherwise they were especially kind and thorough..I love my apartment, it is awesome,clean and spacious, neighbors have all been very friendly..thanks for the good job you do KCDC..Louise McCurry
