I attended chakra meditation conducted by Pavani for 9 weeks via zoom call, It was great experience which balances chakras & calm our mind. The meditation process helped me to heal my pain and experience freedom from cluttered thoughts. The daily practice manifestation for 21 days, after 9 weeks chakra meditation (every week concentrate on one chakra), gave confidence in myself to handle situations with ease. The experience was like roller coaster ride of emotions. I am thankful to myself for able to accomplish, without any disturbance. In this world of rat race, we often lose ourselves and find it hard to cope up with various aspects of life. We need a lot of help than we really understand. Help comes in many forms , at times, it comes in the most unexpected ways. I got my help through the Chakra meditation program conducted by Pavani ma'am!

Not very often do we get an opportunity to be part of such unique meditation programs. Before I write further, I must say, I was fortunate to have been introduced to the realm of Chakra meditation. What is even more important is to find a teacher, a guide to help us walk through the beautiful journey and Pavani ma'am has done a brilliant job at that ?

Every session was conducted meticulously and every query was clarified instantaneously. Pavani ma'am made sure that each one of us understood every minute detail with abundant patience. The journey through this program had one of the best things ever. Infact, it will remain so, forever !

I am a doctor pursuing my post graduation. I was going through a rough phase before starting with this program. Day by day, I started losing myself. I knew I needed this program more than anything else. I am glad I got the help when I needed it the most. This program helped me in so many ways, ways which I can explain and in ways which words may fail to express. I am glad I got to be part of this unique meditation program.
