Had my second couples coaching session with Noor and it was a pleasant experience. Noor just has a comforting and loving demeanor about him which made the entire session enjoyable rather than something to resist. I felt very supported during the session and noticed he was equally supportive to my spouse. Something I observed was Noor is an intent listener and he really heard us when we spoke, which is a rare experience and healing in its own way. I found he was able to give us techniques to improve our communication in easy and practical ways which made the session effective. We both were able to voice concerns without feeling shut down. I left feeling empowered. I am grateful to have had this session with Noor.

I just completed a 10 month coaching program with Noor, meeting twice a month. To say he's exceptional and cares is an understatement. He has a subtlety where he can sense and understand (and somehow remember over months) aspects of me that I didn't know existed, and can practically help with the upliftment and cleansing of it. We did most of the sessions remotely, and I still found them to be as powerful as the in-person ones. There is a feeling of complete non-judgement and encouragement, and after this program, I feel more equipped and sense a shift in my approach to myself and others. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in understanding themselves better, wants to work through blockages that have been hard to overcome by oneself, and anyone looking to improve their relationships with their family and spouse.

Having been to multiple therapists and counselors in my past with limited satisfaction, my expectations for life coaching were somewhat cynical. However, I completed an Aliveness Inventory with Noor Alexander and was convinced after our first few conversations that the experience with him would be at least insightful and at most life-changing. I enrolled in the Aliveness Discovery Package, and after completing the program, I have become a better version of myself in a relatively short period of time. I sought life coaching to improve my own perspective on my life before becoming a parent. Noor is an excellent active listener and uses his knowledge and expertise to provide valuable insights for personal growth. I highly recommend his programs, I think anyone could benefit from Noor’s style of life coaching.
