Came here for drug testing for Grifols. I would highly recommend if you cannot get into Labcorp. Very quick and kind service. And tons of parking a coworker recommended and I asked my company to change to this location and they were able to so I can get it done ASAP

Don't visit this location unless you want to feel like you're at the DMV instead of a doctor's office. I recommend going to another Proactive clinic outside the city, like Garden Grove or Chatsworth, where they actually care about their patients. The staff here did the bare minimum, merely just asking about my pain level every two weeks, and did not prescribe any medications or request MRIs or X-rays. As a result, I decided to switch to another Proactive where I am receiving much better care.

If you have prior experience with Workers' Compensation, you may be aware that adjusters can be slow to respond and may ignore phone calls, emails, and doctor's requests. Therefore, it is important to have a dedicated and persistent doctor on your side. I saw several doctors at this Proactive and did not feel supported by any of them. Instead, they made me feel responsible for my injury and aimed to move me through the system as quickly as possible regardless of the severity of my injury and the pain.

Update: I revisited this DTLA location again in June 2024, 6 months after my work injury, because I was short on time and couldn't drive to the Garden Grove Proactive. The doctor I saw was upset because it had been six months since I was hurt and I was still not healed and in a lot of pain. He expressed that he expected me to have healed by now and seemed visibly frustrated. He angrily removed my work restrictions and said I had to go back to normal work despite having tendinosis and a herniated C5-C6 disk caused at work. This doctor isn't there for patients; he's there for the insurance. This experience solidified my decision to never return here. They don't prioritize the well-being of their patients; they prioritize the insurance companies. Their main focus is rushing through cases and not giving proper attention to individual conditions. If you're still facing issues and in pain, it's important to advocate for yourself and get the care you need. Don't let these doctors intimidate you or dismiss your concerns. Keep pushing for the care you need and are entitled to.

I needed a pre-employment drug test by a Friday deadline after the July 4th holiday, but I found it difficult to find a lab that was open and also performed the special test I needed.

But ProActive in DTLA came through and completed my drug test with minimal waiting time. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and awesome lab technician…thank you! I highly recommend this ProActive location!!!

I tried calling this morning a few times and no one answers. On the website says they are open 24/7 and you can walk in anytime.

I arrived at 8:30 PM after work. At first the gentleman behind the counter didn’t say anything. Then at 9pm said something is not correct and they can only help me 7AM-6pm. I mentioned sorry I didn’t know since on the website says it’s 24/7 and he didn’t like that. He called my supervisor and we were trying for a simple drug test. He hung up the phone on my supervisor. Then he looked at me and said can you come in tomorrow. I asked nicely if it’s a possibility to do it now I would truly appreciate it since I work 7 days and 12 hours a day. He looked and said I have other patients. There was only one other person who just walked in. I said I can wait if that’s ok and no response from him. He began to work on the other patient and kept giving me a dirty look and shaking his head.

So far this has been an absolute nightmare!

People need to realize no matter what they are currently there because of patients and clients. If people like me did not exist then there would be no jobs. This person with grey-black hair was very rude and not much helpful!

Today 02/17/2024 at 9:00 pm im going to clinic with my wife(Pro Active)and meet with Dr Randy Choi(he handle my case for the first time im slip & fall and he work only part time),im explain what happen to me.I ask Randy Choi to give me off work autorization or off duty(JUST TEMPORARY WORK OFF)until im heal,to send to the company(because im still can not drive,pain,swollen,use crutch & he DON'T know about my pain)& he DID NOT change the paper too(still same authorization paper).Because if i did not have autorization company refuse to pay me(i explain to Worker Compensation too about this).At that day only have 1 patient(by the way they have camera so i can proof it).He refuse it and told me to talk with his supervisor,i ask him what his supervisor names,he said...i can ask to some one at the next my visit(on next Monday i have appointment).Why he don't know his supervisor names,i feel like he hide something.And why he DID NOT cooperate or HE DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT or CLIENT?After done talk with him,i want going home with my wife and said THANK you to him but he DID NOT answer anything,what kind doctor is this,wierd!!!And now im still talk with my adjuster to move to another doctor or clinic to treat my feet or knee more better.Hopefully my GOD forgive him(I just want fair).So sorry if i put more bad reviews on this clinic because someone they DID NOT CARE about their patient(patient condition).Do you guys can check on Google reviews(only 2 stars something rating),howmany people put on bad and good reviews,you guys can check yourself.NB:By the way i will take my reviews if they fix it.Thank you.?
