It was a great experience. I'm a renter and this is the company that they went with. I really appreciated the fact that my appointment was set up within a day or so, the technician arrived when promised, and the repair was completed the very next day. Being able to communicate with the company by text and receiving all the email and text updates was very helpful. Great job.

Above and beyond service for my Ilve range. My unit is foreign, and there is not a lot of information available. John was out a couple times and researched the issue and didn’t give up until he was able to figure out what the problem was. Really appreciate his service!!

The message you included was: Service, wonderful. He took the time to show us how to run the new dishwasher and even put the rinse agent in for us. He also looked up a question I had that he did not know the answer to right off, so we both learned something! Timeliness ... he called me to let me know when he was on his way and was at my home when he said he would be here. Price ... it was what the office and I had agreed on previously. Technician ... Cody, is knowledgeable and not afraid to answer questions. Educated me on points about my new dishwasher. Will use this company again.

I would definitely use Pro Appliance again. The office staff was incredibly nice and always followed up when necessary. The technician was punctual, arrived on the schedule date, and was very knowledgeable. Overall, Excellent Service. I Highly recommend them.

Our Bosch dishwasher would not drain. After checking most of the normal reasons in areas I could get to, I called Pro Appliances. They were very clear; $200 diagnostic fee. The very next day a nice, healthy repairman came by. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty "water inlet" devise. $60 for the part and it would arrive the next day. With the dishwasher out, an easy "plug in" installation for me (the savings of a second $200 installation visit). I was very happy!!! Needless to say, the new part did not correct the problem! But, while my wife was out looking for a new dishwasher, I got under the sink, and even with my fused spine, I found a 1 and 3/4 inch plug of firm brown grease inside the dishwater exit hose into the garbage disposal! I cleaned it out.
Dishwater fixed, but I spent the next day in bed with icepacks! A bit too much twisting. I could live with the loss of $200 and a $60 part I didn't need. But the whole purpose of calling Pro Appliances was to save the stress on my fused back, not to mention an "accurate" diagnosis. Never did receive an apology for their mis-diagnosis (even after a follow-up visit to their shop). I guess I should have called Sears, or Osborne's.

I had someone come out to do diagnostic on my stove which is vintage. 2 burners were not working and 1 only works if you turn it on along with the other burner. The electrician told me only 1 needed to be replaced and he would call the next day after researching parts. Over a week later I received a call and informed them that indeed 3 are not working and I was told they would send out another repair man to do a diagnostic free of charge and would call back later that day. 5 days passed and they finally called to close out the work order and informed me I would need to pay another $140 for diagnostic even though it was not properly done the first time. I do not recommend this company at all.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. and by worst I mean they never Showed up. Made a appt online. I called on Monday to concern appt Talked to someone in their scheduling dept they said they would call me back. Never did. Very disappointed with the service if I could give a no star I would. Pro tip, Pro appliance show up to your appointments. Used you guys in past no issues. Don't know what’s changed pull it together.
