I was searching for a zero turn and I didn't wanna deal with a big box store as most of them couldn't care less about you and I like to support small town stores.. I'm glad I went to this place. Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Ended up buying one after Justin walked me through all of them to figure out what I needed. And Bill the owner delivered it the next day.. they have all my lawn needs covered and I won't go nowhere else from now. Highly recommend!!!!!

Fed up with my current mower, I came right to Pro Turf. Came in at close to closing time was helped out with looking at mowers for my situation and decided on a Toro 50”. Got financed within minutes and the mower was delivered that night with daylight to spare. Mowed 90% of my yard before sundown. Great experience.. Recommend highly for great information on mowers and what was needed for my yard was not over sold. Thank you!!!

We have been looking for a new zero turn for a while. I came across their website and decided to take a look to see what they had. A lot of sites don’t actually tell you exactly what they have in stock but Pro Turf does. It made it easy to take a look at their options and find what I thought I would want within my budget. we found exactly what we wanted and I called the next morning. Got all the information that I needed from Bill and I told Bill I would be in to see him that afternoon. I got there and he immediately showed me what I had been looking at online and told me everything I needed to know about it. While Bill was working with the finance company, my husband and I found something else that we liked better and the price was just right. While all the business was being taken care of, the other workers kept us in good conversation, answered all of our questions and made us feel like they appreciated our business. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased a Toro 60 volt 26 in chainsaw from Pro Turf on US 70 in Rosewood on May 17, 2024. I used the chainsaw and I set it on the workbench overnight the next morning there was a large puddle of oil underneath it. Took it to Pro Turf, left it for two weeks received a call that it was fixed. Used it again for 30 minutes set it on the workbench overnight it leaked a large puddle of oil again. Took it back to Pro Turf, they kept it another week, no phone calls from them so I called, they said to come in and look at something which I did. They informed me the large puddle of oil is normal. Anyone who knows anything about chainsaws know this is not true. Pro Turf is not interested in helping me in any format. And I will not be doing business there again. This product has a 3yr warranty. Bad experience bad customer service!!!!!

Horrible! Never going back! They sold me a bad part that never worked & they wouldn't even test it to know the truth. I should have known better when the price of a starter was $80 higher than their competitor. The manager should be fired.
Store policy notwithstanding, a bad piece, is a bad piece! I didn't buy a starter from you folks. And I've already changed the minds of several of my friends. Maybe it'll spread.

I only went there to bring my trimmer in for a recall but the staff there are extremely helpful and friendly. If I ever need any other equipment I will travel the few extra miles to give them my business
