When do you know you have a competent trustworthy realtor, when you partner with Chrissy Spaziani @ Program Realty. We purchased our Rotonda West home in June 2021. Chrissy went above and beyond making herself available for all of our inspection/contractor appointments. Which was a big help due to us being out of state. Closed on our beautiful Punta Gorda home on August 3 & our agent, Chrissy Spaziani was an absolute breath of fresh air. We were planning a big move from Massachusetts down to SW Florida and she was there guiding us along throughout the whole process. She is super easy to reach, communicative with things that needed our attention and just a genuinely honest, down to earth person. She was all a piece of the puzzle for us— if we had not had her guidance through this process, I am not sure we would have ended up finding a home that checked all of our boxes!
