I’m a regular at Ian’s classes and I can honestly say he is the top trainer in Morzine, not only are the classes built in a brilliant/challenging/progressive way but the community aspect and social element of camaraderie is what makes the 7am start exciting.
I’ve been nursing a number of injuries and Ian always keeps tabs on workarounds, making sure your training is safe. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Seasonal worker in Morzine for the 3rd year - my job is very physical but I always make time for Ian's strength class because I know how much it helps me. Sessions are thoughtfully planned to target every single muscle group and mimic all the things we have to do in everyday life such as pulling, carrying, bending, getting up off the floor even. Ian is such a supportive coach who will always help you achieve your best. He understands if you need to modify an exercise or if you should be pushing on a bit. The gym is very well equipped and there is plenty of variety. If you only have time for one class once a week, do Project Performance !

I first started going to Project Performance classes five years ago and think they're fantastic. The workouts are thoughtfully designed, provide awesome whole body training, and they can always be tailored to your needs and ability. Ian is responsive and very supportive as a trainer. He is always able to provide adjustments to the exercises if needed. He creates a welcoming, friendly atmosphere in the classes and a real sense of community. He's always got a good playlist on and the equipment available for the classes is great. Can't recommend Project Performance enough! 🙂

Project Performance has genuinely been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Ian’s classes are so great, with a brilliant positive atmosphere where everyone is supportive and pushes you to do the best you can, whatever level that is at.

Ian is so helpful and you really feel that he is keeping an eye on each person in the class to correct form and adjust exercises as necessary to account for any injuries you may have.

I really don’t think he realises how incredible what he does is, but it’s made such a difference in my life with my strength, fitness and mindset and I’m so thankful!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Project Performance in Morzine for a month, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The gym space, run by Ian, is a top-notch facility that offers a variety of classes. Not only is the equipment top-of-the-line, but the classes are expertly led by Ian.

What sets this gym apart, however, is the level of customer service provided by Ian. He is an incredibly friendly and helpful individual who goes out of his way to ensure that every member is comfortable and satisfied. He takes the time to get to know each member and tailors his approach to their individual needs.

I've been attending Ian's classes for the winter season, and I've loved the sessions.

The environment created by Ian is inclusive and makes everyone feel welcome while also allowing you to push yourself.

I've never really done classes before and wasn't sure at first whether it would be for me over just going to the gym. However, I'm a complete convert and think there is so much to gain from both motivation to push yourself harder and pointers on technique!

Thanks, Ian, for a great seasons training, I'll definitely be back for some holiday sessions!

I’ve been going to Ian’s classes for over 3 years and have clocked up well over 100 sessions. They are such a good way to start the day. A great mix of stretching, cardio and weights packed into an hour with no time wasted. There’s a warm community vibe and it’s a great place to meet like minded folks in the mountains. Couldn’t recommend more!

Since attending project performance group sessions I feel fitter and stronger not only in the gym but also outside of the gym during other activities.
Although they are group sessions, Ian is great at tailoring the workout to make sure you are getting the most out of each session in line with what you want to achieve - he really understands how to push you so you achieve the results you want.
Ian has changed my whole perspective on training and it’s improved my life immensely! He’s taught me the value of ’rest days’, to work smart (not always hard) and to enjoy the process!
