I feel like I was treated unfairly by this establishment. Tim, the owner, does not have the first clue on how to treat customers. He let me leave with my original, broken down weed eater, after having it for 2 weeks. He told me that it would cost $250 for a $20 part (carburetor replacement). Even after this I was still willing to buy a brand new Stihl weed eater from him. He was not willing to work with me on the $63 diagnostic fee, towards the new weed eater. So now I am driving home with my broken weed eater and out $63!!!

Their staff is very helpful. And they will explain how to operate your mower for the perfect cut. They are very helpful and honest about their pricing as well. Very satisfied with my purchase of the exmark 48” raduis .

Purchased a Snapper riding mower from ProMow a few years ago. The problem is service...they are consistently backed up 3-4 weeks...not helpful during mowing season. Folks are friendly, just understaffed. And, I can't find anyone in the area that wants to work on Snapper mowers. It will be my last Snapper product.

Have been dealing with Pro Mow since 2016 and have always had the best service and best equipment. Fast service and friendly from the start. I will not go anywhere use for all my outdoor power equipment. They really treat you like family.

Have had my Dr Power Trimmer Mower repaired/ maintained here twice. It’s a tricky machine and they have done great job of fixing and maintaining at very reasonable price. I drive almost an hour to get there but well worth it. Highly recommended!

Needed several units serviced such and weed eaters and edgers, after a long wait for counter staff that didn't want to get up I was informed that they don't work on anything that isn't bought from them. I even had brands they sell but didn't purchase it from them so they didn't want to work on it. I was told that it was a three week wait if they would take it in. The young man then recommended that I go to another dealer up the road so I did. Thank You promos! I found fabulous staff and a place that focuses on lawn care equipment mainly.
