To Dr. Freeman:
A great big thank you to you and your great staff for helping and assisting me during my 7 month rehab. I had doubts when I started your programs, only because the issues I had were so painful. It was my belief only surgery could correct my problems. But the rehab worked! It’s not an easy road to do rehab exercises and to attend all scheduled appointments. At times it was difficult, but more than not, the exercises were fun. Hard to believe but true! In the end, no surgery was needed. I was discharged in mid-June and all has been well with my health since. Yesenia and all of the staff and front desk were very, very nice with all aspects of my rehab journey. I have highly recommended your rehab center to my primary physician and to all others I have been talking to about my health. Most can’t believe my turnaround, as a year ago I could not walk without being in unbearable pain.
Thanks again and I have to say, I hope I don’t see you soon. That would mean I’m hurting again and I’m not anxious to be hurting again! I think you would agree with me about that!

Pro PT was wonderful! The entire process, from the front desk and their flexibility with scheduling, to the treatment itself, was first rate. I was seen at the Fresno North location, evaluated by Kevin. He set up a plan that was easy to work with at home, and would follow my progress. Most of my sessions in their office were with Derek. He was great! He would push me with various exercises and adapt them as I progressed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

My Dr referred me to Pro Pt for my back, knee, and osteoporosis. I saw Dr Maria for my initial exam she is so knowledgeable and highly skilled in her profession. She helped me to understand my health issues and how to improve them, she also patiently n kindly answered my questions. She made sure I was exercising correctly to avoid injury. I would highly recommend Dr Maria to anyone needing physical therapy. I also worked with Derrick a PTA who also helped to teach me how to stretch n exercise correctly to relieve my back pain, I also love his sense of humor n keeping me on target. Received excellent therapy for my neck pain/ stiffness from Maria. I have a valuable exercise program to continue at home. I watched a dedicated staff wherever I turned. There was seamless follow through by another therapist when Maria went on vacation. Highly recommend this establishment!

I would highly recommend going to Pro-PT for any physical therapy need you have. My physical therapist, Yesenia, has been wonderful! I have needed to go for several months and she has had to ask insurance for more visits more than once. Yesenia is patient, kind, knowledgeable, encouraging, and positive. I can tell she cares and wants to see my quality of life greatly improve.

I went to the location on Champlain. I first worked with Tom. He listened to my concerns and provided treatment accordingly. A student was shadowing him and I was very impressed with his method of teaching. My last 10 visits were with Pi I. She also listened to my concerns and set up my treatment accordingly. If I had an issue with an exercise she would make adjustments. They also encouraged me to use a little more weight and/or do more reps. The front office staff are very friendly, greeting me by my name. If I was in the middle of an exercise sometimes an aid would point out adjustments to do the exercise correctly. I main,y worked with Hannah and Collin. Overall everyone there was pleasant to work with. I was in much better shape after working with them.

The level of care I received at Pro-PT Fresno North was outstanding. Therapists Kevin and Pi'i were adaptable, knowledgeable, and encouraging, and most of all they listened carefully and met me where I was at, for each treatment. Front desk duo of Liza and Dulce provided unmatched administrative support, and they were both attentive to my unique needs for scheduling and itemized receipts. High level of care here.
